How Carpool Works on NaqlGo in Lahore

Carpool on NaqlGo is not a casual ride-share app. It is an optional add-on to your monthly or weekly commute subscription — we find another commuter going the same way at the same time and offer you a shared-ride quote.

When you submit your route, we check if another NaqlGo subscriber travels the same direction at a similar time. If a match exists, we send you a carpool quote alongside your solo quote on WhatsApp.

You choose which option to confirm. If no match is available, you ride solo at the standard route quote — no penalty, no waiting list pressure.

Same subscription model: fixed quote for the plan period, same driver assigned to the route, daily pickup without rebooking.

All drivers and co-passengers on the NaqlGo network are registered and verified before being assigned to any route.

Female commuters can request women-only carpool matching where available. Regardless of match type, every driver is verified and trips are monitored by our operations team.
